Key Responsibilities- Oversee the comprehensive IT strategy and infrastructure across all business locations.
- Manage IT-related initiatives and installations.
- Ensure the availability and functionality of all IT systems for users, promptly addressing any system failures.
- Coordinate with third-party network administrators for system maintenance, including backups and preventative measures.
- Advise senior management on network security and other critical IT matters.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding the status of IT projects.
- Maintain thorough documentation of IT assets and procedures.
- Assist in the setup of workstations and allocation of resources.
- Prioritize and manage requests for IT support.
- Coordinate month-end and year-end database backups.
- Design tailored computer-generated reports.
- Conduct IT orientation for new employees.
- Establish standardized procedures and train staff for execution.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
- Adhere to safety protocols as outlined in our Safety Manual.
- Ensure quality standards are met as specified in our Quality Manual.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar capacity within an office environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Systems, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
- Project Management experience or relevant education is preferred.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving basic office equipment issues.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Crystal Reports.
- Knowledge of MS SQL Server, Exchange Server, and Citrix is advantageous.
- Ability to effectively communicate and resolve IT requests from users.
- Experience working collaboratively with diverse internal and external teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive in decision-making and problem-solving.
- Adaptable to new software applications.
- Positive team player with the ability to work independently.
- Commitment to confidentiality and professional integrity.
- Willingness to continuously enhance IT knowledge through ongoing education and research.
