About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at 2507180 Alberta Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability through effective management of daily restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Analyze and optimize restaurant budgets to maximize profits, including cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies.
  • Operations Planning: Develop and implement daily operations plans to ensure seamless execution of restaurant services.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive a high-quality dining experience, addressing any complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Event Management: Plan and execute events and promotions to drive business growth and increase revenue.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Willing to relocate and work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
