Job Summary

The Restaurant Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure they are meeting our high standards of customer service and food quality.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase revenue.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the right products in stock at the right time.

  • Health and Safety: Ensure that the restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.

Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office.
