About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at 1900528 Alberta Ltd. as a key member of our restaurant operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Development and Implementation

Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless delivery of these services to our customers.

Performance Management

Conduct regular performance reviews to assess the effectiveness of our team members and provide constructive feedback for improvement.

Customer Service

Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that their issues are resolved promptly and to their satisfaction.

Operational Planning and Control

Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that our restaurant runs efficiently and effectively.

Work Environment and Requirements
  • Work Environment

Our restaurant operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring our team members to be highly organized and able to multitask effectively.

Work Term and Hours

This is a permanent position, requiring our Restaurant Assistant Manager to work 40 hours per week.

Language and Communication

Fluency in English is required for this role, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
