We are a leading restaurant chain known for our high-quality BBQ and exceptional customer service. As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, driving sales growth, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and optimize restaurant operations to boost profits and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.
  • Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability, including managing inventory, labor, and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, including social media, promotions, and events.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations, including kitchen, front-of-house, and management teams.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer complaints, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management or operations role.
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field, such as hospitality, business, or management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, labor scheduling, and customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and communication.
