About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced restaurant supervisor to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of our business, ensuring a high-quality experience for our guests and motivating our staff to deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage restaurant operations to meet and exceed sales and profit targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high-quality food and beverage standards.
  • Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other restaurant managers and support staff to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for growth and improvement in restaurant operations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in a quick-service restaurant environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding operations standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
