Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Italian Kitchen. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen staff and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
  • Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies to maintain the highest standards of food quality and safety.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to create innovative and delicious dishes that exceed customer expectations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment that meets health and safety standards.
  • Monitor and control food costs to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our kitchen staff.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as a senior chef or kitchen manager in a high-volume restaurant or culinary establishment.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing a team to achieve high-quality results.
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and safety.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or certification preferred.
