Regional Director of Sales, Revenue Growth Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Director of Sales, Revenue Generation to join our team at Eldorado Resort. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth across our properties.
About the RoleThis key position will oversee the development and execution of sales strategies to maximize revenue, expand market share, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, and a proven track record of success in driving sales growth.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve revenue targets and exceed KPIs.
- Leverage industry trends, consumer insights, and market intelligence to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including travel agents, tour operators, and corporate partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and optimize revenue opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and emerging trends to maintain expertise and inform strategic decisions.
- 5-10 years of experience in hotel sales, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (an asset).
- Experience working in resort locations (an asset). Different brands and food & beverage sales experience (a strong asset). Experience working in the regional and international market (an asset).
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in overseeing digital marketing and public relations activities.
- Proven leadership skills, with ability to work well under pressure and lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Positive attitude, supportive, and team-based approach towards achieving short- and long-term goals.
- Strong account management and contract negotiation skills.
- Computer literacy in various applications, including Opera, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to understand and interpret financial data, analytics, and basic understanding of hospitality accounting procedures.
- Competitive salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
