Regional Sales and Marketing Director

This senior leadership position oversees the leisure, group, tour, meetings and events sales & marketing activities for Eldorado Resort.
The Regional Director of Sales and Revenue Generation will lead all aspects of Sales, Revenue Generation, Conference Services, Marketing & PR to maximize sales, revenue, destination and product awareness through various market segments.
- Develop and execute strategies to exceed defined KPIs within the Leisure, Tour Series, FIT, Group and Events market segments.
- Oversee digital marketing activities including seasonal tactical and destination awareness plans for the properties and resorts, content creation and maximizing revenue opportunities using marketing and RM analytics.
Duties:
- Strategic oversight for all digital marketing activities, seasonal tactical and destination awareness plans.
- Maximize revenue opportunities using marketing and RM analytics.
- Oversee portfolio's digital presence and manage social platforms.
- Participate in online reputation strategy development.
- Develop new business for hotels within each subsegment.
- Provide strong leadership and ongoing coaching to promote individual and team development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and/or Hotel Management degree an asset.
- Experience in all hotel segments is a must.
- Repositioning and hotel opening experience is a strong asset.
- Strong account management and contract negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand and interpret financial data and analytics.
Benefits:
- Competitive Compensation: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
