Strategic Sales and Marketing Leader

Eldorado Resort is a leading hospitality group with a portfolio of world-class hotels. We are seeking an experienced Regional Director of Sales and Marketing to lead our sales and revenue generation efforts.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
Job Description
We are looking for a strategic sales and marketing leader who can develop and execute plans to drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have experience in all hotel segments, including resort locations, and be able to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to exceed defined KPIs within the Leisure, Tour Series, FIT, Group, and Events market segments.
- Provide leadership and direction to the sales and revenue management team, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing agencies and PR teams to maximize storytelling and marketing partnership opportunities.
- Manage regional travel budget to maximize proactive sales opportunities, including timely follow-up and trip reports.
- Oversee recruitment, retention, and performance management of the sales and revenue management team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and/or Hotel Management degree an asset
- Experience in all hotel segments is a must; experience in resort locations an asset
- Repositioning and hotel opening experience is a strong asset
- Different brands and food & beverage sales experience a strong asset
- Ability to understand and interpret financial data, analytics, and have a basic understanding of hospitality accounting procedures
