Regional Sales Leader for Luxury Hotel Portfolio

Eldorado Resort is seeking a highly skilled Regional Director of Sales, Revenue Generation & Marketing to join our team. This dynamic role will oversee the leisure, group, tour, meetings and events sales & marketing activities for our luxury hotel portfolio.
About the RoleWe are looking for a strategic leader with senior sales experience within the leisure, meetings, and events hotel sector. As Regional Director of Sales, Revenue Generation & Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to ensure revenue maximization and drive business growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing sales and marketing plans to exceed defined KPIs within the Leisure, Tour Series, FIT, Group and Events market segments.
- Capitalizing on our hotels' natural strengths to evolve their USP positioning for both wellness and lifestyle.
- Oversight of all digital marketing activities, including seasonal tactical and destination awareness plans, content creation, and maximizing revenue opportunities using marketing and RM analytics.
- Overseeing the portfolio's digital presence and managing social platforms; participating in the development of the portfolio or collection's online reputation strategy.
- Ensuring revenues/yields are maximized based on demand and growth requirements, and creating initiatives to drive demand during slow periods.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5-10 years of experience as a Hotel DOSM
- Bachelor's degree and/or Hotel Management degree an asset
- Experience in all hotel segments, with resort locations an asset
- Repositioning and hotel opening experience a strong asset
- Different brands and food & beverage sales experience a strong asset
- Experience working in the regional and international market an asset
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in overseeing digital marketing and public relations activities
- Proven leadership skills, with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills essential
