Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Friends Investments Limited. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing reports.
  • Assist with budget planning and control, including tracking expenses and preparing financial reports.
  • Coordinate staff consultations and grievance procedures, ensuring a fair and respectful process.
  • Oversee the preparation of reports, including data analysis and statistical reporting.
  • Perform data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
