Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Friends Investments Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to staff, including answering telephone calls, responding to emails, and preparing reports.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
  • Assist with budgeting and financial planning.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
