We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Friends Investments Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, including assisting with staff consultation and grievance procedures, opening and distributing mail, and planning and controlling budget and expenditures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Open and distribute mail and other materials
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Compile data, statistics and other information
  • Oversee the preparation of reports
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Perform data entry
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
