Key Performance Office Lead

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team at XPERT ACCOUNTING LTD as a Key Performance Office Lead. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:- Evaluate and improve existing administrative procedures to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
- Establish clear priorities and ensure deadlines are met while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Coordinate office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
- Prepare and manage operating budgets, maintain inventory, and implement budgetary controls to optimize resource allocation
- Compile and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence for management and stakeholders
- At least 1 year of experience in office administration
- Proven organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience with budget preparation and control
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address process inefficiencies
