About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Limitless Karts. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
    • Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement.
    • Delegate tasks to office support staff to ensure timely completion of projects.
    • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
    • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry, record-keeping, and report preparation.
  • Office Services
    • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
    • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Supervision
    • Supervise 3-4 people, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of tasks.

    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
    • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
    • Ability to multitask and manage a large workload.

    • Ability to multitask and manage a large workload.
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
    • Permanent employment, with a 35-hour workweek.
    • English language proficiency.
