We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Limitless Karts. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
    • Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement.
    • Delegate tasks to office support staff to ensure timely completion.
    • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
    • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data assembly and report preparation.
  • Office Services
    • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Training and Supervision
    • Train staff on new procedures and policies.
    • Supervise and coordinate office administrative procedures.
    • Oversee the work of 3-4 people.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours
    • 35 hours per week.
