At Days Inn, we are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our front desk team. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with people and providing exceptional customer service.

Job Summary

We are looking for a permanent English-speaking staff member to work 30 to 44 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be responsible for registering guests, processing arrivals and departures, and maintaining room assignments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Registering guests and processing their stay
  • Processing arrivals and departures
  • Maintaining room assignments
  • Taking and canceling reservations
  • Providing hotel information to guests
  • Processing guest departures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel systems
