Customer Service Supervisor

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Super 8 by Wyndham. As a key member of our hotel operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operation of the hotel.
- Establish and implement effective work schedules and procedures to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Perform same duties as workers supervised, including maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Prepare and submit reports on hotel operations, customer feedback, and staff performance.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Assist guests with special needs and ensure that their requirements are met.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work tasks to ensure timely completion and high quality results.
- Hire, train, and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Requisition materials and supplies to meet hotel operational needs.

Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
