Customer Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Service Manager to join our team at Super 8 by Wyndham. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable stay with us.
Job DescriptionThe Customer Service Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotel, including coordinating activities with other departments, establishing work schedules and procedures, and performing tasks related to guest services. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to our guests
- Establish work schedules and procedures to maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency
- Perform same duties as workers supervised to demonstrate leadership and support
- Prepare and submit reports to management on guest feedback, employee performance, and operational issues
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Assist clients/guests with special needs to ensure their comfort and satisfaction
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to maintain a skilled and knowledgeable workforce
- Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
- Requisition materials and supplies to maintain adequate inventory levels and prevent stockouts
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service or supervisory role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests, employees, and other stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
- Leadership skills to motivate and guide team members to achieve exceptional results
- Basic math skills to handle cash, operate a point-of-sale system, and perform basic bookkeeping functions
- A competitive salary of $42,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience
