District Sales Manager

MediPharm Labs is seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing relationships with current and prospective customers within the Canadian legal cannabis industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects
- Present and promote MediPharm Labs' portfolio of brands to customers and prospects
- Support the development of sales materials and create brand awareness and community engagement within the territory
- Collaborate with management to plan sales activities and set goals for assigned territory
- Proven work experience (2-4 years) in sales, preferably within the cannabis, beverage alcohol, or tobacco industry
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of regulations as it pertains to selling cannabis in British Columbia
- Bachelor of Commerce degree or equivalent preferred
