Job Title: District Sales Manager

MediPharm Labs is seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing relationships with current and prospective customers within the Canadian legal cannabis industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects
  • Present and promote MediPharm Labs' portfolio of brands to customers and prospects
  • Support the development of sales materials and create brand awareness and community engagement within the territory
  • Collaborate with management to plan sales activities and set goals for assigned territory
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience (2-4 years) in sales, preferably within the cannabis, beverage alcohol, or tobacco industry
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of regulations as it pertains to selling cannabis in British Columbia
  • Bachelor of Commerce degree or equivalent preferred
