Legal Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our team at Ann Arbour Consultants Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our legal team, including scheduling appointments, maintaining filing systems, and preparing legal documents.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and court sessions.
- Filing and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Document Preparation: Prepare and key in correspondence, legal documents, and other materials as required.
- Minute-Taking: Record and prepare minutes of court sessions, meetings, and conferences.
- Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large caseload. They will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
