We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Automation Specialist to join our Experis Canada team. This role is focused on leveraging customer data and insights to deliver meaningful communications to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Create and manage automated customer journeys and campaign automations in line with best practices.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop email templates and content.
  • Manage standardized email templates, including upkeep, enhancements, and testing.
  • Set up data integration points to support Marketing Automation journeys across multiple channels (email, digital push notifications, online advertising, etc.).
  • Optimize email campaigns for deliverability and engagement.
  • Stay updated with email marketing trends and best practices.
  • Develop and implement processes for in-house campaign execution.
  • Perform quality assurance on developed work and collaborate with the quality team to ensure email campaigns meet quality standards.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Continuously test and apply new capabilities such as A/B testing and optimizations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email development.
  • Working knowledge of Journey Builder and Automation Studios.
  • Proficiency in SFMC, Email Studio, and Ampscript.
  • Experience with Email HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to navigate ambiguity and operational challenges.
  • Ongoing process development mindset.

Estimated Salary: CAD $80,000 - CAD $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
