Job Opportunity: Contract Communications Instructor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract Communications Instructor to join our team. As a key member of our instructional staff, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of our students and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Teaching and Instruction: Develop and deliver engaging and interactive teaching methodologies that cater to diverse learning styles and needs.
  2. Course Design and Development: Collaborate with our faculty and industry partners to design and develop programs that address the evolving needs of the agricultural industry.
  3. Evaluation and Assessment: Develop and implement effective evaluation and assessment strategies to measure student learning and program effectiveness.
  4. Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in teaching, learning, and industry trends.
  5. Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with colleagues, industry partners, and students to ensure a collaborative and supportive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Education: An undergraduate degree in Communications, English, or a related field is required. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Recent experience in teaching writing proficiency and communications is desired.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage learners and foster a positive learning environment.
  • Knowledge: A thorough understanding of diverse learner needs, academic, and cultural backgrounds of students.
