Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Gas Bar Supervisor to join our team at Federated Co-operatives Limited. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our gas bar, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of retail staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the gas bar, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Lead a team of retail staff, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure excellent customer service and a positive work environment.
  • Ensure accurate dispensing of fuel products, handle cash and sales transactions, and maintain a high level of image and cleanliness in the gas bar.
  • Assist with tracking training certificates for team members, ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Support the interviewing process for prospective team members and conduct performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting expectations.
Requirements
  • Previous gas bar experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive experience for our members and guests.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
  • Willingness to participate in a Criminal Record Background Check.
