About Rashmi's Bakery

We are a reputable bakery seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cake Decorator. As a Cake Decorator, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and delicious baked goods for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation and Baking: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
  • Special Orders: Prepare pastry for special occasions, such as weddings and birthdays, and ensure that all orders are completed to the highest standard.
  • Cake Decorating: Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods to a high standard, ensuring that all finished products are visually appealing.
  • Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a bakery or related environment.
  • Work Setting: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and physically demanding work conditions.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to distinguish between colors, attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, judgmental, reliable, team player, patient, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
