Carpenter - Construction and Renovation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Carpenter to join our team at AWCSIT CONSTRUCTION LTD. as a Construction and Renovation Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of workmanship in all aspects of construction and renovation projects.
Key Responsibilities- Project Planning and Execution
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Construction and Renovation
- Design and build custom woodwork, including cabinets, furniture, and other fixtures.
- Install and repair flooring, walls, and roofing systems.
- Ensure all work meets building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Maintenance and Repair
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing structures.
- Identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with other tradespeople, including electricians, plumbers, and HVAC technicians.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
- Education and Experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in construction and renovation.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
