Carpenter - Construction and Renovation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Carpenter to join our team at AWCSIT CONSTRUCTION LTD. as a Construction and Renovation Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of workmanship in the construction and renovation of residential and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities- Construction and Renovation: Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools, and measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials.
- Building Foundations: Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems.
- Installation and Fitting: Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware.
- Estimation and Planning: Estimate costs and materials, and plan and coordinate construction projects.
- Maintenance and Repair: Maintain, repair and renovate residences and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants and other establishments.
