About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at Sharkbite Renovations Ltd. as a Renovation Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that every detail meets our high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the entire renovation process, from planning to completion, to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
  • Site Supervision: Conduct site surveys, inspect work in progress, and ensure that all construction activities are carried out safely and efficiently.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior carpenters, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • Estimation and Planning: Prepare detailed estimates and plans for renovation projects, taking into account materials, labor, and timelines.
  • Client Communication: Liaise with clients to understand their needs, provide regular updates, and ensure their satisfaction with the final result.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all work meets our high standards, and make adjustments as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
