Carpenter - Construction and Renovation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at AWCSIT CONSTRUCTION LTD. as a Construction and Renovation Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of workmanship in the construction and renovation of residential and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare layouts and designs in accordance with building codes and regulations.
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, and other materials.
- Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems.
- Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware.
- Estimate costs and materials for projects.
- Maintain, repair, and renovate residences and wooden structures in various settings.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the trade.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
