Job Description

At SIGA Informatique inc., we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing New Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to identify business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Client Documentation: Accurately document all interactions with clients, including meetings, calls, and emails, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Customer Satisfaction and Retention: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Basic Assistance and Advisory Services: Provide basic assistance to clients and offer guidance and advice to help them achieve their business objectives.
