About This Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Manager to join our team at Staff Now Inc. as a Senior Office Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures and ensure their effective execution.
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff, prioritize work, and guarantee that established procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out various administrative activities, including policy administration related to record release under government legislation.
  • Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, equipment, supplies, forms, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of an operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence by assembling data.
  • Perform data entry tasks and provide training to staff members.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, resolve conflict situations, and monitor performance.
  • Manage payroll administration and control budget expenditures.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required, and experience in a similar role will be an asset.
  • 3-4 people will report directly to you.
  • Familiarity with spreadsheet software and MAC systems is necessary.
  • A valid driver's license for personal vehicle use is preferred.
  • Work under pressure, attention to detail, and ability to manage conflicting priorities are essential skills.
  • Less than 7 months of experience in this field is preferred.
