Job Summary
Foresters Financial is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Client Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our client service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients in both English and French.
Key Responsibilities
- Update the epolicy portal and system to ensure accurate and timely information.
- Send lapse notices and confirmations to brokers and/or MGA's as part of our lapse automation process.
- Assign cancellations to customer service representatives and ensure seamless communication.
- Assist with filing duties, indexing documents, and mailing letters and cheques.
- Update systems and notes to maintain accurate records.
- Provide exceptional support to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
- Proficient in English (written and verbal) and French (written and verbal) an asset.
- Post-secondary education and administrative experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
