Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Client Services Specialist to join our team at Questrade Financial Group. As a key member of our client support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple inbound and outbound client support channels, including phone, email, and live chat
  • Provide technical support to clients on Questrade's trading software platforms
  • Present value-added solutions to clients, including products, tools, and resources
  • Resolve client problems in a professional manner, escalating issues as required
  • Stay up-to-date on Questrade's products, services, programs, policies, and procedures

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field
  • Impeccable written and spoken English and Mandarin, with highly polished communication skills
  • Flexibility to work rotating 8-hour shifts, including evenings and weekends
