About the Role

Futurpreneur is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Client Support Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Client and Mentoring Experience (CMX) team, you will be responsible for overseeing, supporting, and motivating the Client Support Team to achieve its goal of supporting entrepreneurs in their Futurpreneur journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Build, contribute, and sustain a collaborative team with a high level of employee engagement and where employees thrive in their role.
  • Client Support Operations: Respond to client inquiries, review check-in responses, and process incoming restructure requests.
  • Post-Disbursement Client Experience: Improve the onboarding experience for clients, build relationships with clients, and analyze feedback to understand client needs and advocate for improvements.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in business administration or a related field, or equivalent hands-on career experience.
  • 3-5 years' experience in customer service, with prior experience in payment collection an asset.
  • Bilingualism in French and English (spoken and written) is required.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment in resolving client issues and multi-task to meet deadlines.
