At TouchBistro, we are looking for a Technical Support Specialist - Bilingual Spanish to join our team. This role will provide exceptional hardware and software support to our customers, collaborating with internal teams to deliver customer feedback and ensure a positive experience. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting wireless networks, printers, and payment devices, as well as providing software and hardware support via phone and email.

About the Role

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Deliver customer feedback to Product and Development teams
  • Enhance the customer experience through proactive problem-solving

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, both spoken and written
  • Availability to work weekends, after-hours, and overnight in a 24/7 environment
  • Experience with Apple/iOS and computer networks
  • Proven problem-solving and solution-oriented skills
