Job Overview

At EMCO Corporation, we're seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Bilingualism (French, English) is an asset.
