Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Client Support Representative to join our team at Uline. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through timely and effective order processing, communication, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Processing: Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment, utilizing world-class technology to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Customer Communication: Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide timely and accurate information, resolve issues, and build strong relationships.
  • Product Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of Uline's products and solutions to effectively answer customer questions, provide recommendations, and drive sales growth.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.
