As a Customer Service Ambassador at EMCO Corporation, you will be the face of our company to our customers, providing exceptional support and solutions to their inquiries and concerns. We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual who is dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Utilize strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless sales processes and customer support.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and accurate information to customers.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales conversion rates.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced customer service environment, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.
