Job Title: Regional Sales Director - Sales Leadership

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Director to lead our sales team in achieving geographic annual revenue plans. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve geographic annual revenue plans
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to drive business growth and expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and marketing initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts and budgets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and inform business decisions
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales and marketing principles

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the janitorial/sanitation industry
  • Knowledge of salesforce and CRM software
  • Experience with budgeting and forecasting
