The Regional Director is responsible for driving business growth and success in their assigned region. This includes developing and executing strategies to increase revenue, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales and business development strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary tools, training, and support to succeed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and merchandising, to develop and execute programs that drive business growth.
  • Work with business support groups to provide ongoing operational support to Blinds To Go partners.
  • Develop and implement training initiatives to enhance sales and business development skills.
  • Identify and qualify potential business partners and develop strategies to build strong relationships.

Key Requirements:

10+ years of experience in sales and business development, including:

  • Operating experience in retail or multi-location service business.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High energy and strong motivation skills.
  • Ability to build cross-functional relationships and work independently.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
