Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing HR measures, programs and initiatives that align with our company culture and values. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing strategic HR plans that drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Section

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
  • Communicate and manage human resources-related organizational changes and their impacts.

Structure & Supervision

  • Improve HR tools, policies and programs, such as performance management, induction and integration, training, talent acquisition and development, etc.
  • Act as a catalyst and agent of change in transformational contexts by providing support to various teams.
  • Coordinate and structure the talent development program: improve the existing feedback process to make it simple, agile and innovative, assess training needs and roll out a training plan.

HR Operations

  • Act as a resource person for the entire team.
  • Advise and support managers in day-to-day human resources management.
  • Manage and coordinate the entire staffing process, from hiring to termination.
  • Administer the company's total compensation and benefits program.
Requirements

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field.
  • Five (5) years' experience in human resources management in a generalist role.
  • Sound knowledge of current labor laws and regulations.
  • Good command of English to share your expertise with our English-speaking partners, suppliers, customers and colleagues.
  • Member of the Ordre (CRHA, CRIA), an asset.
