Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify potential clients through cold calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to close, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Utilize our CRM system to capture and manage customer information, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborate with our account management team to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience, preferably in the building services, office services, or office supplies industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple sales pipelines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office, including Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
