Dumont & Co. Accounting Ltd. is seeking an experienced Administrative Team Lead to join our team.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to oversee the daily operations of our administrative team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of implementing new procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
This role involves coordinating and planning office services, preparing operating budgets, and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for assembling data, preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, as well as performing data entry tasks.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. They must also be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage their time effectively.
