Job Description

Cambie Roofing Contractors Ltd. is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator Lead to join our team in a permanent capacity, working 30-40 hours per week. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and coordinating office services.
  • Policy Administration: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records, ensuring compliance with government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Office Operations: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, and large workload
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, and reliability
Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
