Job Description

We are seeking an Executive Office Coordinator to join our team at North Eastern Trucking Inc. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our executive team, coordinating office services, and ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support:
    • Provide administrative assistance to our executive team, including preparing documents, making travel arrangements, and managing schedules.
    • Develop and implement effective administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Office Services Coordination:
    • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
    • Manage inventory and budgetary controls to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Communication and Reporting:
    • Prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence as required.
    • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative or office coordinator role.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
