Certified Field Trainer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pest Specialist to join our team as a Certified Field Trainer. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting on-the-job training and providing peer support for new Pest Specialist hires.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Certified Field Trainer, you will:

  • Conduct on-the-job training for new Pest Specialists, ensuring they complete weekly Field Training Checklists
  • Provide peer support for new Pest Specialists, conducting weekly check-ins and monthly meet-ups, and completing associated documentation
  • Successfully complete the Rentokil NA Field Training Certification Program, with biannual recertification

Additional Job Duties:

As a Certified Field Trainer, you will also be responsible for:

  • Conducting ride-alongs for job candidates during the interview process
  • Arriving on time and prepared for training sessions
  • Effectively training skills and providing timely feedback
  • Communicating regularly with Trainee's Manager
  • Evaluating and signing off on Field Training Checklists

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • At least 1 year of experience with Rentokil North America as a Pest Specialist
  • Fully-trained according to the Rentokil NA Career Advancement Program (Career Level 4 or 5)
  • Licensed with the appropriate state/province applicator license and categories
  • Favorable ratings from your most recent Annual Performance Review
  • A professional demeanor and conduct
