Job Overview
AllStaff Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Property Administrator to join our team in Mount Brydges, ON. As a key member of the property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Manage property files and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, addressing inquiries and directing them to the appropriate personnel
• Assist in administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
• Maintain customer relationship management systems to track interactions and follow-ups with tenants and prospects
• Negotiate lease agreements and renewals under the guidance of senior management
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to tenant requests and resolving issues promptly

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices
• Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software is preferred
• Must have strong multitasking and time management skills
