Job Summary

Union.dev is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional technical assistance to our clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction post-implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact post-implementation.
  • Technical Support: Provide prompt and efficient technical support to clients via various communication channels.
  • Troubleshooting and Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve software issues, guiding clients through complex processes when necessary.
  • Collaboration with Development Team: Work closely with the development team to identify software bugs or issues.
  • Documentation and Training: Assist in the creation of technical documentation, user guides, and FAQs for clients, as well as provide training and resources to maximize their use of Union.dev's software.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Provide feedback to the product team based on client experiences to help improve the software.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: ~3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, technical support, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Skills: Experience with CRM systems and customer success platforms is a plus. Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
