As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and performing quality control validations to ensure products are delivered on time and according to standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and perform quality control validations to ensure products are delivered on time and according to standards.
- Monitor ongoing work and collaborate with other teams to provide input relating to your area of work.
- Monitor long-running customer orders and communicate with internal cloud owners to coordinate extensions or shutdowns.
Requirements:
- Proven ability to troubleshoot in a technical environment.
- Education in a technology-related field is not required, but an aptitude and interest in the world of tech is an asset.
- Demonstrated success in following complex processes and procedures, while staying meticulous about details.
- Proven ability to convey complex ideas simply and clearly (both verbally and in written communications) to a professional business environment.
